I hope to offer you a service that is collaboartive, compassionate, and creative. Together I hope we can build a relationship that supports you to live in the world meaningfully, bringing your whole self.
Together with Toni
I believe that everybody has the right to be heard, seen, and to take up space.
We all deserve to feel comfortable in our own skin, without shame, and to know that we are loveable and important.
I am committed to hearing your unique experiences, and working together to find ways of living in the world which are fulfilling and meaningful for you.
I intend to bring my whole self to our time together, including my own intersectionality and subjectivity. I am curious about how you make sense of your experiences - the identities you hold, the systems you live within, and the stories you have been told about who you are.
I ground my practice in an anti-oppressive approach, honouring intersectionality and valuing diversity. I work from an LGBTQIA+, trans-, and neuro- affirming lens, and I hold a social model of disability. This means I aim to facilitate a space where all parts of you are welcome - the parts you love, and the parts that may feel harder to like.
Together, I hope we can build enough safety for you to bring your whole self, creating space for you to find a sense of belonging in your thoughts, your body, and your selfhood.
I am currently a supervisor-in-training. I provide supervision for those working in counselling and psychotherapy themselves.
You can access supervision face-to-face in Hassocks, or online via Zoom.
I am highly experienced in providing Reflective Practice Supervision for practitioners in frontline roles.
I am fortunate to work in collaboration with various services, charities and organisations. I believe that our context can amplify both our distress and our wellbeing, and therefore choose to work with local organisations to contribute to local systemic change.
Please note: it is rare that I am able to take an unscheduled call. Do leave a voicemail and I will come back to you.
My working timetable is flexible across daytimes and evenings. Get in touch to explore our mutual availability.
