A warm welcome to you.
Supervision is a collaborative space that helps to hold you in your work. As a practicing therapist myself, I know how important it is to find a supervisor who feels like a "good fit." For me, supervision is a collaborative and respectful space where your work, your processes and your selfhood is all deeply welcomed.
My intention is to offer a grounded, compassionate relationship where you can explore both the challenges and the successes in your work. I aim to honour your clinical approach, your emotional self, and your personal values. Together, we can reflect on your client work, attend to any stuck places or uncertainties that arise, and celebrate your growth. I welcome all of you - the professional and the human being.
I bring a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens to my work, and I understand supervision to be both a place of support and of accountability. I’m interested in the ways that identity, power, and systems shape our work and our wellbeing, and I hold curiosity about how this shows up in both your therapeutic relationships and in our supervisory space.
I personally practice integratively, predominantly drawing on Gestalt, Existentialism, Phenomenology and Relational Psychoanalysis. At the centre of all my work is the therapeutic alliance and relationship. I am also curious about transpersonal elements, and intentionally invite diverse perspectives and creativity into the supervisory space.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Together with Toni
Level 6 in Anti-oppressive Counselling Supervision
This training is centred in contemporary practice, emphasising anti-oppressive practice and critically engaging with power dynamics, privilege and systemic inequalities.
Through a balance of theory, practical application, and self-reflection, this training equips me to hold culturally aware, supportive, and ethically grounded supervisory spaces where you can grow both personally and professionally.
I am integratively trained which means that I draw on a number of therapy theories and models.
My main integrations include Existentialism, Gestalt, and Relational Psychoanalysis.
I am passionate about practicing in a welcoming and accessible way meaning that I offer other opportunities to express yourself including creativity (ie. drawing, games, cards, movement, imagery, objects, music, and so on)
I am therefore open to supporting therapists practicing in various modalities, though I would note that I do not have any practice in CBT approaches.
