I am passionate about group spaces as I believe that as humans we are hardwired for connection. I grew up in Britain, in a system which privileges individualism and self-reliance, and I want to actively interrupt these narratives.
It can feel radical to come together, to truly be seen and heard. Group spaces can be places of deep healing, reminding us that our struggles are both personal and systemic. In community, we can begin to share insight, loosen shame, and find strength in collective care.
These are short term structured groups centred in a particular theme. These groups balance psychoeducation with a therapeutic holding space. The focus is on understanding a presenting issue, and sharing space with likeminded people.
Each group lasts 6 weeks.
